This week, the grout in the kitchen was installed, the walls in the bathroom were finished, the tub was frames, and baseboard molding was partially installed along with low-voltage wiring.

The tub is covered right now so the basin isn’t damaged. I still need to buy a sink and a toilet.
I will not buy a washer/dryer right away. However, I have the hookups fully installed and the flooring is ready.
